About these terms

This website is run by David McLaren, a sole trader trading as Media Gremlin, based in Keighley, West Yorkshire. By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own information. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, copying large parts of it, or using it to send spam.

Prices and packages

• All prices are in pounds sterling. I'm not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
• Pay once: the price covers building your website. Hosting is £60 a year and your domain is from £15 a year, paid yearly. Small changes are free for the first year.
• Pay monthly (Grow and Shop only): £50 a month for Grow and £120 a month for Shop. This covers your website, hosting, domain, security updates and small changes. There's a 12 month minimum term, after which it continues month to month. After the minimum term you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
• The prices and estimates on this website are a guide. Before any work starts, I'll confirm the package, price and what's included in a written quote or agreement, and that agreement takes priority over this website.

Accuracy of information

I work hard to keep this website accurate and up to date, but I can't promise it's always complete or error-free. Prices and services may change.

Copyright and trademarks

The design, text, logo and graphics on this website belong to Media Gremlin unless stated otherwise. Screenshots and names of client websites belong to their owners and are shown as examples of my work.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, such as sites I've built for clients. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability

I'm not liable for any loss or damage caused by using this website or relying on its content, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited.
